VINEYARD: Jennifer Thomson’s epic family vineyard in the Carneros appellation. A mix of two clones. Cool region with early ripening. Intense strawberry freshness right off the vine.

VINIFICATION: Gently destemmed, leaving the berries whole. Open top fermeters. Wild yeast. Gently punched down by hand. Gently pressed to barrel.

TASTING NOTES – A friendly, yummy kind of Pinot Noir with a flair for the exotic. Aromas of cherries, strawberry jam, rhubarb, flaky pastry, and roasted rosemary. On the palate the texture is lively and lithe, creamy and edgy, with lavender, red cherries, red plums, and a hint of cumin spice.
